Exchange Only – No Returns

At White Lotuz, we do not offer returns or refunds. We provide exchange only within 7 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below.

Exchange Eligibility

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The exchange request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or incorrect product claims.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact.
  • The product should not have any stains, scratches, perfume, makeup marks, or damage.
  • Embellishments, sequins, and other decorative elements must be undamaged.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Submit an exchange request through the “Exchange Your Order” section on our website or email us at support@whitelotuz.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Our team will review your request within 24–48 working hours.
  3. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup wherever service is available.
  4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging before handing it over to the courier.

Quality Check

After receiving the product, our quality team will inspect it. If it meets all exchange criteria, we will dispatch the replacement product within 3–5 working days.

Important Notes

  • No Returns or Refunds are available.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may send the parcel via a reliable courier or India Post.
  • Products that fail the quality inspection will be returned to the customer without exchange.
  • White Lotuz reserves the right to approve or reject exchange requests after product inspection.
